ABOUT US

Structured Manufacturing Partnerships for Global OEMs

Global OEMs and technology-driven companies are actively reducing their dependency on single-region supply chains — particularly for precision mechanical components sourced from Europe and China. India's engineering capability has matured significantly, but finding a partner who combines deep technical understanding, in-house manufacturing, quality documentation, and long-term supply commitment remains rare.

At InStock International, we support global OEMs and industrial buyers looking to localise or diversify their manufacturing footprint in India. Our focus is on precision mechanical components, rotating assemblies, and engineered parts for the Textile, Glass, Gearbox, and Robotics sectors — manufactured with a long-term quality and partnership mindset.

We work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, operating conditions, and scale expectations — ensuring reliable, repeatable, and export-ready production. Whether you are transitioning from a Europe-based supply chain or building a secondary manufacturing hub, we provide the technical infrastructure to maintain quality continuity.

What We Support

We deliver comprehensive OEM manufacturing solutions that align with global industrial standards — from first prototype to long-term repeat supply.

OEM-Equivalent Component Manufacturing

Precision manufacturing strictly aligned with your technical drawings, OEM performance standards, and material specifications. We produce: Textile machine bearings and roller assemblies (Barmag, Lohia, SML compatible) Glass IS machine variable equipment and mechanisms Gearbox components — eccentric bearings, gear plates, housings Custom CNC-machined parts to DIN, BS, or customer-specified tolerances

Supply Chain Localization

Full support for OEMs transitioning production from European or Chinese suppliers into structured Indian manufacturing environments — while ensuring zero compromise on quality, dimensional accuracy, or delivery reliability. We manage the localisation process end-to-end: material sourcing, first-article approval, documentation, and scheduled dispatch.

Small Batch to Scalable Production

We manage the entire supply lifecycle — from initial pilot runs and validation batches to large-volume, repeatable manufacturing. No project is too small to start, and no production volume is too large to scale into. First-article approval process included as standard.

Long-Term Supply Partnerships

We move beyond short-term transactions to offer structured collaboration focused on reliability, transparency, and sustained industrial growth. Scheduled delivery programmes, stocking arrangements, and dedicated account management for repeat OEM clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about our OEM manufacturing capabilities, localisation process, quality systems, and partnership approach.

Yes. Providing us with your 2D drawings (DXF, PDF) or 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES) is the ideal starting point. Our engineering team reviews the drawing for manufacturability, specifies the appropriate material and process, and provides a full quotation with lead time. We produce first-article samples for approval before committing to batch production.

We begin with a technical review of the parts you currently import — understanding their function, material specification, tolerances, and performance requirements. We then develop a localisation roadmap: prototype → first-article approval → validation batch → repeat supply. Our Amba Group manufacturing partners have been supplying OEM-equivalent parts for over 45 years — we understand what localisation means in practice.

We handle everything from single prototype units through to large scheduled production batches. Our manufacturing network — Om Precision Engineering, Mahalaxmi Engineering Works, and our CNC machining partners — provides the flexibility to scale production without changing the quality framework.

We follow a structured quality framework: incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks at critical stages, final inspection using CMM and surface measurement equipment, and outgoing quality documentation. Inspection reports, material certificates, and dimension verification sheets are provided with every batch.
