About Textile Machinery Spares & Components

Textile production environments demand components that perform consistently under continuous duty cycles. Every minor imbalance or dimensional deviation can result in vibration, premature wear, and costly downtime. To maintain operational stability, every component must be engineered with strict control over balance, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

InStock International, through its in-house manufacturing partner Om Precision Engineering (Amba Group, Vadodara — established 1979), supplies precision-engineered components for high-speed textile machinery with the focus on rotational integrity, dimensional consistency, and long operational life. By combining advanced manufacturing expertise with a deep understanding of high-speed rotation behaviour, we deliver export-quality components built for reliability and performance — OEM-equivalent for Barmag®, Lohia®, SML®, HIMSON, SCRAGG, ICBT, and Numag machines.

Key Features

01. Rotational Stability

Engineered specifically to eliminate vibration during high-speed spinning operations — dynamic balance to G2.5 grade as standard.

02. Dimensional Accuracy

Micron-level precision ensures perfect dimensional and OEM compatibility — every component produced to h5/h6 shaft tolerances and H6/H7 housing fits.

03. Surface & Balance

Strict control over surface integrity, surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm), and dynamic balance to prevent premature yarn contact wear and operational vibration.

04. Continuous Production

Built with heavy-duty metallurgy to sustain 24/7 industrial duty cycles — engineered for long service intervals with minimal maintenance intervention.

Materials & Manufacturing Excellence

We focus on export-grade manufacturing standards to ensure durability and performance.

All raw material procurement is strictly controlled. We use only high-grade bearing steel (100Cr6), alloy steel, and case-hardening grades — with material certificates traceable to melt batch. No compromise on incoming raw material quality regardless of order size.

CNC turning and grinding operations maintained to micron-level tolerances. Surface finish on critical contact areas held to Ra 0.4 µm or better. All shaft and bore dimensions verified against OEM reference gauges before assembly.

Case hardening, induction hardening, and through hardening processes are performed under controlled atmosphere to ensure consistent surface hardness (58–62 HRC on bearing races), case depth, and dimensional stability post-treatment.

Every unit is individually inspected before dispatch — dimensional verification, radial play measurement, surface quality check, and dynamic balance test where applicable. Inspection reports available on request for all batch deliveries.

Customization & Technical Support

We don't operate as traders. We provide end-to-end engineered solutions for your specific machine and application.

Send us a worn part, a catalogue number, or a technical drawing — even a photograph with dimensions. We assess geometry, material, and functional requirements, then produce a production-ready OEM-equivalent at a competitive cost and with shorter lead time than importing from Europe.

For non-standard configurations, custom machine modifications, or newer machine variants not covered by standard catalogues — our engineers work with your technical team to develop components from scratch, including prototyping and first-article approval.

Our advisors have hands-on experience with POY, DTY, FDY, and open-end spinning machines. If you are experiencing vibration, premature wear, or dimensional failures — share the problem, not just the part number. We will help diagnose and resolve the root cause.

From sample quantities to full production batches — we manage stocking, scheduled dispatch, and long-term supply agreements. No minimum order quantity for repeat established parts.
